WHEN SHOULD I GET ADVICE FROM TELADOC MEDICAL EXPERTS?

  • I see little improvement in my current treatment plan
  • My pain won’t go away
  • I’m looking for a local specialist
  • My tests came back, now what?
  • I’m considering a surgery
  • My diagnosis or chronic pain is affecting my mental health
  • I have medical questions and need answers

Note that this service is limited to persons where their physician has made a diagnosis of a physical or mental illness or condition, either with objective evidence or where it is suspected. Travel and treatment are not covered by this service.

When Coverage Ends

Your coverage ends when you are no longer a member of the DGC Benefits Plan, or a member in Active Good Standing with the DGC.

Your spouse’s, parent’s or parent-in-law’s coverage ends when your coverage ends. Coverage for a dependant child ends when your coverage ends, or the child no longer qualifies as a dependant — whichever comes first.
